The cost of memory care varies based on apartment choice, level of care, and individual support needs. Our starting rates are available on our Pricing page but we encourage families to schedule a tour and personalized assessment to receive the most accurate pricing information. 

The base rate includes personalized dementia care, wellness monitoring, housekeeping, dining services, and life enrichment programming designed to support the whole person. Other services included in the care plan at an extra cost may include medication management and assistance with daily activities. The total cost of the care plan is determined after the personalized assessment conducted by our Director of Wellness. 

Medicare typically does not cover room and board in a memory care community. However, some medical services may be covered depending on eligibility. Families may also explore long-term care insurance, veterans’ benefits, or other financial assistance options.

Many families use a combination of personal resources, long-term care insurance, veterans’ benefits, retirement savings, or proceeds from the sale of a home to help fund memory care. Our team can help connect families with resources and information.
